Our Commitment
Fremantle Print Sdn Bhd is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and high ethical standards. We adopt a zero‑tolerance approach towards bribery and corruption in all forms and comply with all applicable anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption laws, including Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti‑Corruption Commission Act 2009.
Scope
This policy applies to:
Director and employees of Fremantle Print Sdn Bhd
Temporary staff, interns, and contract workers
Suppliers, customers, agents, consultants, and other business associates acting on our behalf
What Is Prohibited
Bribery and corruption include, but are not limited to:
Offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting bribes or kickbacks
Facilitation or “speed” payments
Improper gifts, hospitality, or benefits intended to influence business decisions
Bribery conducted directly or indirectly through third parties
Concealing improper payments through false or misleading records
Such conduct is strictly prohibited in both public and private sectors, regardless of value.
Gifts & Hospitality
Any gift or hospitality must be reasonable, modest, transparent, and for legitimate business purposes only. Cash or cash‑equivalent gifts and gifts to public or government officials are not permitted.
Third Parties
We expect all suppliers, customers, and business partners to conduct business ethically. Appropriate due diligence is applied, and any form of bribery or facilitation payments connected to our business is prohibited.
Speaking Up
Anyone who becomes aware of suspected bribery, corruption, or unethical conduct is encouraged to report the matter. Submissions made in good faith will be handled confidentially.
Reports may be directed to the Director of the Company for appropriate review.
Enforcement
Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of business relationships, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities.
